Responsibilities:

•  Provide professional pet grooming services to clients' pets, including nail trimming, bathing, brushing, scissoring, trimming, and styling
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
• Communicate with pet owners and staff to understand owners specific grooming requests and preferences
• Notate services provided on company software (how they were groomed) and all health conditions, grows, or injuries on each pet serviced
• Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including cleaning and sanitation of tools and equipment making sure they are in proper working condition
• Work in unity with fellow groomers to ensure quality and efficiency as a team
• Desire for personal and professional growth, improving grooming skills and work-life balance
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as stocking supplies and walking pets for restroom breaks or to release pets anxiety and energy 

Skills:

•   Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and understand their needs
• Experience handling grooming tools, clippers, scissors and nail grinder
• Knowledge of different grooming techniques and styles for various breeds of dogs
• Ability to handle and restrain dogs safely and comfortably, with positive energy and body language
• Attention to detail to ensure precision in grooming tasks
• Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to work well and communicate with others in a team atmosphere
• Willingness to learn from others to improve professional skills and efficiency 

Requirements: Must have minimum 2 years experience as a pet groomer providing haircuts.

Requirements: Must have minimum 6 months experience as a bather groomer providing full baths.

• Booking appointments for grooming services through software
• Answering phone calls and inquires from online
• Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process
• Notate services provided on company software (how they were groomed) and all health conditions, grows, or injuries on each pet serviced
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning sales floor and displays
• Work in unity with fellow groomers to ensure quality and efficiency as a team
• Desire for personal and professional growth, improving product grooming knowledge and life-work balance
• Assist with other tasks as needed, such as stocking supplies and walking pets for restroom breaks or to release pets anxiety and energy 

Skills:

• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and understand their needs
• Computer proficient and average of 40 wpm typing ability
• Knowledge of dog breeds and grooming services provided
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of notes and booking appointments
• Ability to professionally answer phone calls and accurately provide estimates for services
• Ability to understand time management and scheduling clientele
• Ability to work well and communicate with others in a team atmosphere
• Willingness to learn from others to improve professional skills and efficiency 

Requirements: Must have minimum 6 months experience as a groomer or in the grooming industry.
